LinearPhaseGraphicEQ is a free VST plugin for windows.
This consists of a LinearPhaseFIR, and can keep clean sounds.
Version 2 has 61 frequency bands and the ranges of gain are [-12 to +12dB] or [-96 to +12dB] or [-24 to +24dB].
You can easily draw gain to frequency graphic.
*SamplingRate: 44.1k, 48k, 88.2k, 96k support
*StereoOut: (mono->stereo, stereo->stereo)support
*64bit float internal precision
MasterGain(-oodB to +6dB): Set the output level.
BandWidth(1 to 51): Set the band width at parametricEQ mode(at right-click).
Reset: Set all gain controls to 0dB.
GainAxis([-12 to +12] or [-96 to +12dB] or [-24 to +24dB]): Swtich the range of gain. (left or right click numbers on the gain axis.)
Compare: Compare to A/B an edit (simplified Undo/Redo).
Gain to Frequency graphic: Draw the gain to frequency graphic.
*LeftClick + Drag->Draw a curve
*Shift + LeftClick->Fine adjustment.
*RightClick + Drag->The action like parametricEQ.
*Shift + RightClick + Drag->Set the gain to the value that you click first.
*Control + RightClick + Drag->Set the gain to 0[dB].
#install
Copy "LPGEQ2_1.dll" to the VST plugin folder of your host application.
And "msvcr71.dll" is need to run. If "msvcr71.dll" isn't installed, copy "msvcr71.dll" to your windows system folder (ex. system32).
#uninstall
Delete "LPGEQ2_1.dll".

Known Issues
*On the big scale(-96dB to +12dB range), the gain to frequency charastertic won't be certain at low frequencies, about 20 to 700Hz, by this filter's characteristic.
